As Betty and Gerry Wyatt have sold their farm the sale barn is now operated by Sarah and Jim Anderson at Right Cross Ranch (formerly the Wyatt farm). It was built in 2003 to accommodate the Black Harvest Angus Bull sale and we plan to arrange to continue to hold the Spring Sun Country Shorthorn Bull Sale and the Fall Sun Country Shorthorn Female sale at these facilities.

The facilities are clean and well maintained with an office in the barn and warm, clean washrooms. Bleacher style seating is available for approximately 150 people and with standing room close to 300 have been squeezed in. Lunch service can be arranged locally or cattlemen have provided their own luncheon arrangements. As the sale barn is not fully heated most sales are held between March and late November. Propane heaters are available to make it more comfortable.

Facilities include a Stampede Steel fully automatic working chute with an Electric Scale in the back half of the barn and a Stampede Crowding Tub just outside the door. Penning consists of 30’ portable paneling with access gates. Water is accessible for the cattle in pens.
Auctioneers that have worked in our barn are Brent Carey, Ward Cutler, Steve Dorran, Chris Poley and Dale Stith, all providing complimentary reviews.
The sale barn is located 5 kms south of Kisbey, Sk. on #605 Grid and 4 kms west on a paved road.
Accomodations can be arranged in Arcola, Carlyle, Stoughton, Estevan or Weyburn, SK.
